In response to recent corporate scandals and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, a demand is placed on employers to establish corporate cultures that value honesty, accountability, loyalty, and other basic virtues. This workshop addresses two of the themes of Sarbanes-Oxley – “ improving the performance of the gatekeepers" and "improving the tone at the top."
