Strategies for Handling Politics in the Office
This workshop assists participants in understanding the workplace political environment they live in so that they can better adapt to achieving their personal goals within the organization, by understanding the corporate culture and its politics. With an understanding of workplace culture and its politics one can make informed choices about behavior and work habits, and prevent stressful situations and conflicts. At the conclusion of this session the participant will have “Keys” to understanding the politics of the organization they work in and “Tools” to assist in carrying out a “political campaign.”
