Winning Prime/Sub Teaming Relationships
The objective of the workshop is to suggest some approaches and tools that participants may use in the potential teaming process to get to a win-win relationship. This workshop approaches the topic from a business viewpoint, and will not cover government regulations that apply in this environment. The strategies and methodologies that will be offered in the proposed workshop will assist the participants in promoting high value and differentiation in their products and solutions. At the end of the workshop, participants will have “ Keys for Success in Developing Effective Teaming Relationships” and will have been introduced to “Tools for Building a Win-Win Teaming Relationship.”
